Shipping Policy

Rawyal Pets offers local delivery services to Durban and Pietermaritzburg and outlying areas, Hilton, and Ashburton.

Delivery Areas and Hours

Deliveries are made to Pietermaritzburg communities and outlying areas every Wednesday between12:00-17:00 and Deliveries are made to Durban communities and outlying area during our work hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday between 9:00-17:00

Delivery Fees 

There is a standard delivery fee of R65 for Durban and Pietermaritzburg communities. For deliveries to other areas, the fee is calculated based on the distance.

Delivery Timeframes

On average, deliveries take about 20 minutes. Deliveries can be fulfilled within 2-4 days.

Tracking and Updates

We do not offer tracking for deliveries. However, customers will receive updates from our driver to their contact details regarding the delivery status.

Signature Requirement

A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order.

Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery, our business will contact the customer to make arrangements. If there are three consecutive failed delivery attempts, the sale order will be canceled.

Special Delivery Services

We do not offer special delivery services such as same-day or express delivery at this time.

Prohibited Delivery Areas or Items

There are no prohibited delivery areas or items.

Delivery Notification

Customers will be notified of their delivery status or any delays telephonically.
