Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rawyal Pets. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable pet goods (such as food, snacks, and catnip), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as pet dental, creams and salves). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns on final sale items. These include all frozen raw products.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
